We are a locally owned courier company looking to add a dependable courier for a route using their own economical vehicle.
This route is open immediately. This route is well paced, and consists of picking up and delivering of inter-office mail and medical and office supplies. This route starts in the Downtown Portland area, runs out Sellwood, Gateway, Gresham, NE Portland, N Portland, NW Portland areas, finally ending back in Gateway.
There is a lot of walking on this route. All the locations are medical buildings and offices, and require wearing a mask to be worn properly inside the offices.
A few boxes under 5-10lbs often, seldom boxes 10-25lbs, and rarely boxes 25-50lbs.
Schedule is Mon through Fri, 9:00 AM and ends 1:00 to 2:00 PM. This route drives around 75 miles each day.
Requirements: COVID-19 Vaccinated, great attitude, professional and courteous.
Dependable, economical vehicle.
Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
Pass background check.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of the Portland Metro area is useful.
