Introduction
This position is ideally suited to a candidate who has at least ten years of mining experience on an opencast mine with at least 5 years of financial management / financial superintendent experience. You must have worked on a mine that has a revenue of at least 800 million. A BCom Hons is required articles are preferred. You would be required to evaluate the financial reporting systems, develop cost reduction mechanisms, prepare, and review detailed budgets, manage, and control stock, drive the reduction of working capital investment, prepare operational and risk reports, prepare financial and other ad hoc reports for EXCO. Must have excellent stock knowledge and stores management. Excellent opportunity for growth.
