Job Description
An exciting career opportunity has just become available for an experienced Technical Manager at a very well-established food manufacturing company based in Cape Town.
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of HACCP/FSSC and related technical standards
• Background in food safety practices
• 5 - 10 years’ experience within a food manufacturing environment of which 5 years was in a managerial role
