Job Description
A leading food manufacturer in Cape Town is looking to appoint a Technical Quality Manager to design and implement Food Safety and Quality Management systems.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Microbiology or equivalent
• 6 – 8 years’ years’ experience in a food production environment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Demonstrated food safety experience
