A market research company seeks to engage the services of a Data Processing Executive responsible for data processing of market research projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, validate and analyse data.
Programming and scripting for online and telephonic surveys.
Ensure high quality scripting and data output standards through extensive testing and programming using best practice methods.
Identify areas where current processes could be improved.
Provide clear task outlines and status reports to project management teams.
Continually build on own scripting/programming and analysis skills.
Requirements:
A degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or computer programming.
Experience in areas such as data management, data analysis, data processing and databases.
Experience in SPSS, Nipo and/or similar packages Data Collection.
Programming language skills.
Relational Database Experience (My SQL or MS SQL)
Must be able to use advanced excel.
Excellent numeracy skills and enjoy working with numeric data.
Good time management skills and be able to work to deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
