Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Leasing Manager to join their team.
Duties will include:
• Viewings and placements of new tenants each month
• Lead a team of rental consultants to reach targets
• Assist with marketing and assist in arrears collection
• Implement marketing strategies
• Client services and estate management
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
• Matric
• PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate will be advantageous
Skills
• 2 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales and/or Property management
• 1 year experience in a leadership role or supervision of a team
• MS Office
• Experience on CRM system will be a bonus
