Requirements:
- Solid creditors and cashbook processing experience.
- Pastel essential, Partner an advantage
- Must be able to function on own.
Responsibilities:
- Main function creditors and Cashbooks.
o Reconciliations
o Payment allocation
o Invoice processing.
o Creditors include clearing agents
o Statements
o National creditors book value R100 000 +- - Will assist with International creditors which is much higher.
o Credit cards, cheque cards, call accounts (savings)
- Will also do Debtors reconciliations (no returns)
- Assist with the accounting function when the manager is not available
