We are recruiting a SDF Administrator to join our team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
Role Objective
Capturing and saving workforce profiles (WFP) and training records received and liaising with client for all outstanding information. Preparing relevant sections of SDF / EE meeting packs e.g. attendance register, monthly report and meeting checklist for SDF
Qualifications Required
• Grade 12
Preferred Qualification
• Preferably a three (3) year relevant Degree/Diploma either in Human Recourses Management, Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology
• Preferably a Skills Development Facilitator qualification
Experience Required
• At least two (2) years' experience in the skills development environment
• At least five (5) years' experience in administration
• Able to work independently as well as a member of a team
• Shows initiative and is able to produce work of a superior quality
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple demands
• Openness to learning and change, personal flexibility
• Organised record keeping
• High level of efficiency and accuracy, with the ability to be meticulous, focused and involved with detail
• Critical administrative skills include good organisational and planning skills as well as problem-solving
• Sound numerical ability
• Knowledge of (including but not limited to):
• Skills Development Act
• Skills Development Levies Act
• Employment Equity Act
• The Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act
• Human Resources policies, practices and procedures
• Basic Conditions of Employment Act
• Labour Relations
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written

• Computer Skills, specifically intermediate in Word and Advanced Excel skills
Duties/ Responsibilities
• Capturing and saving workforce profiles (WFP) and training records received and liaising with client for all outstanding information
• Preparing client reports on training spend as well as SETA grant payments
• Following up on outstanding EMP 201's
• Preparing relevant sections of SDF / EE meeting packs e.g. attendance register, monthly report and meeting checklist for SDF
• Ensuring continuous population of all required information on client monthly report for SDF (e.g. EMP 201, SETA grant payments, Learnership training amounts etc.) to ensure correctness for WSP submissions.
• Receiving all documentation (contracts, notifications, WFP, ATR, Company documents, etc.) from clients, save on server print hard copies for client files
• Assisting with the online capturing for both WSP/ATR and EE reporting annually
• Preparing spreadsheets / upload templates as per SETA requirements
