Our client in the Logistics industry is seeking a Junior Controller to join their team, based in East London. Duties to include (amongst others):- Ensure material ordering and supply, action material ordering to cater for demand fluctuations and ensure buildability in respect of material availability to Production Programme Action MRP exception messages, potentials and low runner parts daily Ensure ideal stock levels are maintained on Import and Local parts coordinating with relevant suppliers Ensure the successful implementation of Engineering Changes / Model Years (both on Import and Local parts), as well as ensure minimum obsolescence and timeous processing thereof Manage and control all road, air and seafreight Monitor and correct parametes on a weekly basis. Minimum Requirements:- Shift Work - Early / Late / Night Flexibility for Weekend Work SAP System Material Requirement Planning / Supply Chain Management Excellent Time Management Skills and must be able to work under pressure Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Analytical Skills Advanced in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables *Valid drivers license essential and own transport.
