Applications are invited from suitably qualified and interested candidates for this position at the Human Resources Division. The job holder is required to manage Industrial Relation processes, provide professional Human Resources services and advice to the Agriculture and Commercial Divisions, manage the administration of HR processes and employment practices in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and practices, and advising on and ensuring adherence to Labour legislation. The ideal candidate should have a behavioural Degree (B Com Psychology, B Com HR or B Tech HR), a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Practitioner and experience in a unionised HR environment. Professional registration with a recognised HR standards body will be advantageous.
