A progressive and growing Business Solutions company seeks to grow their Sales team in the East London region. This role is suited to energetic and "hungry to succeed" individuals who have a positive outlook. Being able to learn new technologies and terminologies is key, as well as enjoying building new relationships.
Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric equivalent
• 2+ years sales experience essential
• Previous experience in a sales representative role
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be willing and able to travel
Responsibilities:
• Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients
• Present, promote and sell products
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
• Informing customers of new product offerings
• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled efficiently and effectively
• Base retention – attending to client needs
• Achieve sales target as set by the company
• Loading weekly activity on CRM system
