Customer/Client/Sales Support – Debtors/Creditors/Invoicing
Duties & Responsibilities
EDUCATION, TRAINING, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous
Experience: Minimum of 5 years
Key Responsibilities.
Assisting with feedback reports to management
Invoicing clients
Doing pricing overrides
Doing credit notes for debtors
Following up on debtors when requested by debtor’s department
Receiving orders and writing up order numbers
Assisting internal sales when needed
General finance
Checking float and petty cash
General admin and ensuring that filing system is updated
Attending to all job-related administration
Attending to all adhoc duties as requested by management
Sending through daily register
Gas admin and rental invoicing
Rental administration
Scanning of both rental and sales POS’s into K8
