A fantastic opportunity is available at a world class Liquid and Dry-Bulk Logistics services company that boasts a well-established operational footprint across Africa, which is growing by the day.
Working Hours: 07h00 to 17h00
Working Days: Monday to Friday, standby on every 2nd weekend.
Some travelling will be required between site and candidates are required to have their own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Duties & Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities
• Managing Workshop operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Budgeting & Cost Control to meet strategic goals and targets.
• Managing and maintaining Workshop compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Preparation of annual Workshop budget.
• Performing in depth auditing and investigations.
• Managing of stock integrity.
• Developing and maintaining objective focused performance measures for all individuals and functional areas of the workshop.
• Efficient stock management control and reporting.
• Ensures compliance with company and government policies and regulations such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Keeping up to date with in-depth product knowledge and Workshop best practises
Desired Experience & Qualification
10+ years industry- and position specific experience.
Qualified Diesel Mechanic
Hands on experience with DAF, MAN, Mercedes and Volvo.
Package & Remuneration
R600 000 - R840 000 per annum, depending on qualification & experience
