Introduction
This company provides a comprehensive service for major milling plant modifications, including investigations, feasibility studies, design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and other forms of Energy Flow Technology.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Frequent senior client liaison, interaction, and co-ordination to provide resolution of challenges, problems, enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and longevity of contract.
• Installations & operations on site reflective of ENF values & standards and report problems and/or make suggestions regarding improvements.
• New and ongoing requirements of contracts are managed ensuring adequate logistics ie. structures, suitably trained staff and equipment and tools are available.
• Cooperate with Design Office to resolve project technical drawing challenges as well as assess design feasibility, practicality, and application.
• Plan, cost and monitor required project processes, manpower and other resources in line with the applicable project budget and requirements.
• Design budget and costing on all projects in line with contract and ENF guidelines and submit to ENF Exco for approval.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Min. 4 years Management experience in similar position.
• Min. 4 Years Maintenance experience
• Preferred Eskom Experience (Hitachi, Murray & Roberts, Babcock, Steinmuller)
• Milling Plant Maintenance
• Vertical Spindle & Tube Mills
• PF Burners
• Boiler Maintenance
• Screw Conveyor Maintenance and Installation
• Cross functional leadership of end to end projects
