Your onboarding process includes full training of:

• Business management skills
• Business development

Once on-boarding process is completed your Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
• Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
• Ensuring productivity while also evaluating how well the business performed on various tasks within a specific time frame
• Training and developing sales staff skillset
• Setting targets and goals for individual sales consultants and your team as a whole

• Good communication skills
• Completely understand both English and Afrikaans
