Key performance areas:
Waybills
- Check waybills of 3PL service providers daily, to ensure delivery cost and returns cost are valid and correct
Purchase Orders & GRV's
• Raising purchase orders and GRV'ing for couriers
Managing Delivery Costs
• Verifying actual logistics delivery costs against purchase order costs.
• Process expense and stock GRV's
Administration
• Completing daily and weekly credit note reports
• Assisting with POD queries
• Stand in for Admin clerk for sick & leave (CT)
• Preparing parcels (wrapping, weighing and/or labelling) for Courier collections and also arranging collections
• Preparing daily delivery note recon for Skynet and Merit.
• Completing daily and weekly credit note reports
• Relieving the receptionist when required
• Filing of "collect" and "rep collect" black copies.
Stock Take and General
• Assist the warehouse with stock takes as required.
• Given a report of stock in specific locations, this stock is checked against the list and reported on.
• Either a hard copy or a scanner - depending on type of stock take (i.e. cyclical counts or quarterly stock takes) Despatched goods loading onto trucks
• Ad-hoc duties and standing in for team as an when required
Supply Chain Analytics
• Analysing and driving cost effective solutions to streamline supply chain operations
• Analyses data and methods to predict and improve overall customer service level of the organisation.
• Collection and reconciliation of supply chain data
• Providing training to supply chain teams.
• Analysing supply chain risk and developing strategies for resolution
• Collaborating with supply chain partners to drive value
• Driving continuous improvement of supply chain processes and procedures

• 2 to 5 years Supply Chain Control
