The Dispatch Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that all customer orders are efficiently received, processed, and dispatched, giving our customers a brilliant experience.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Responsible for creating a brilliant customer experience by ensuring customer sales orders are dispatched effectively and efficiently, through the monitoring of Syspro and demand planning reports.
• Ensure that all sales orders and related documents are appropriately collated before processing orders via the Distribution Centre.
• Be in constant communication with the stores to inform them of delivery dates to allow for quick and efficient deliveries and ensure that urgent orders are prioritised.
• Always keep our customer's needs as a priority by effectively managing daily tasks and responsibilities.
The experience we're looking for:
• At least 2 years of experience in a dispatch role or experience in a related role is an advantage.
• Computer literate; MS Excel, MS Word experience.
• Must be proficient in Syspro.

• Is fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
