• Responsibilities and Duties:
• All customer quotations and invoicing.
• Maintaining debtors & creditors accounts
• Reconciling of creditors to supplier statements
• Ensuring suppliers are paid timeously, weekly and monthly.
• Prepare various monthly reports and schedules
• Maintain internal control systems, inventory
• Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
• Any other month end duties that may be required and ad hoc office duties.
• General administrative duties within the department.
• Control and balance the petty cash
• Weekly wages reports, calculating overtime, sick leave etc.
• Excellent communication skills
Desired Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• - Good Sage Pastel Accounting and VIP Payroll skills
• - Good MS Packages skills
• - Sound knowledge of accounting and management processes
Desired Work Experience:
• 2 to 5 years Bookkeeping
Desired Qualification Level:
• Certificate
