The Warehouse and Distribution Manager is responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies (by receiving, storing and delivering items), supervising all warehouse staff and operating the warehouse in compliance with Company policies and regulatory health and safety requirements.
• Lead the warehouse team to achieve warehouse KPIs, which includes operational safety, on-time-in-spec-in-full dispatching activities and outbound quality management.
• Improve process efficiency, eliminate waste, promote WMS establishment, and support continuous improvement.
• Execute warehouse administrative tasks which include but are not limited to invoicing, equipment maintenance and warehousing vendor management.
• Coordinate with vendors or sub-contractors to maintain a smooth operation.
• Support new project implementation and existing project enhancement.
• Plan and review with the HR department labour needs, staff performance and competency development.
• Prepare reports and data analysis for management review.
• Review operations and recommend improvements in efficiency, accuracy and cost leadership.
• Support sales and commercial-related activities.
• Plan, participate in and oversee all scheduled inventory counts.
• Maintain a pristine warehouse environment at all times.
