Purpose of the Job:
Our client within the dairy industry is looking for a dedicated and motivated Finance Director to lead the current financial department.
Required Qualifications
• Recognised Accounting degree.
• CA(SA)- Preferred.
Technical Competencies & Experience:
• Previous experience within the Agricultural sector- advantageous.
• All aspects of financial management with at least 5 years senior financial management experience.
• Experience with analysing of monthly results.
• Experience advising upper management- shareholders in decision making.
• Developing and managing tools to calculate and monitor KPI’s.
• Facilitates year end audits.
• Experience developing/implementing data driven systems.
Behavioural Competencies:
• Good communication skills- written & verbal.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function independently.
• Good interpersonal skills - able to interact within all levels of the organisation.
• Attention to detail.
• Good business acumen.
Remuneration:
Market-related
