Introduction
At Sonae Arauco South Africa, our apprenticeship programs are structured as per Trade required experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and development of skills in a professional setting. Our apprenticeships give future artisans the opportunity to gain valuable applied experience in professional fields they are considering for career paths.

For our local operation and manufacturing plant we offer exciting Electrician apprenticeship opportunities in our Engineering Division located in White River, Mpumalanga:
Duties & Responsibilities
ELECTRICIAN APPRENTICES: working alongside Electrician artisans, assisting with installing, maintenance and repairs of electrical wiring, systems and fixtures in buildings which may include conduits and pipes to contain electrical wires and cables, circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Basic and Advanced certificate in Electrician Trade from a recognised TVET institution.
• Competion of practical training
• Matric or N3
• Professional communication in English - written and verbal

Package & Remuneration
• 4 year Fixed Term Contract as per TRADE TEST requirements
• R8,200 pm
• Performance related bonus
• 15 days annual leave
