Overview ISP is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator with knowledge of finance applications process
• Minimum Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 3 or more years experience with contract compilation and processing of finance applications Knowledge of regulations / legal terminology and FICA requirements Strong MS Office suite Excellent documentation, numeracy, and coordination skills
[]()*Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the customer understands every detail of what they are agreeing to ito financial obligations Finalise all paperwork necessary in a timely and accurate manner and submit to the accounting office Obtain contract-related information from relevant parties. Review contracts, verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines Ensure relevant documentation accompany contracts, and maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation Liaise between parties regarding contract development, and negotiations regarding terms and conditions, and draft and revise changes as required
