REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum matric and a tertiary qualification is preferred
• Experience as an area/branch manager, sales manager or similar
• Experience in a warehousing or operations management role
• A good understanding of G.ET. & Undercarriage products beneficial
• Sound understanding of all financial aspects with regards to managing a warehouse and distribution operation
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Must reside in Middelburg or surrounding areas
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Planning and implementing sales, profit, and strategic objectives
• Managing and directing the team
• Setting standards for staff through leading by example
• Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure the company is profitable and stays within budget
• Evaluate performance using key metrics
• Report to directors on progress and management issues
