• This position includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time. Quick Glance: This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Borough Park & Sunset Park areas of New York. All billed as Medicare Part B. We're looking for someone who has the availability to complete 5-12 visits per week at minimum. If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 2-3 weekdays of availability. • Overview: A growing organization in New York is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Borough Park & Sunset Park areas of New York. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) to homes in the area. The full-time or part-time position includes a flexible schedule / hours per week based on your preference.
