Our client in the Forestry industry is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Millwright for a Sawmill in Mpuluzi outside Piet Retief. Duties to include:- All Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, Electrical and Mechanical work and fault finding - ensuring minimum downtime in the event of machine breakdowns Do preventative maintenance and repair on a daily basis and assume responsibility of all maintenance work, and setup and maintain preventative maintenance systems Performing maintenance activities and plant inspections as well as alterations, modifications and installation of equipment. Minimum Requirements:- Trade Test – Millwright 5+ years’ experience Advanced machinery knowledge, ideally be equally skilled between both electrical and mechanical disciplines Must be able to use initiative to fault find / solve problems Computer literate.
