5 14 hours ago Full Job Description Overview:
Responsible for developing the Polar portfolio in Pacific North West markets (WA, OR, North ID) and for all sales and marketing activities within the assigned territories
Reports to Director of Sales - West
Responsibilities:
30/60/90 Day Plan for territory Create, maintain and build partnerships with distributors and retailers to grow the portfolio in all markets.
Manage sales forecast to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth in regions Manage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner including sales updates, pricing surveys and etc.
Keep abreast and report on the Seltzer category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, and promotional trends Work weekly in the trade with distributor network to drive sales, sell in incremental displays, merchandise the sets/displays and make sure all programs are executed properly.
Manage Field Sales Representative(s) with frequent check-ins to ensure they execute weekly selling objectives that support territory objectives Put incentive programs in place to help grow Polar sales New Product Market Launches Minimum Requirements:
2 - 4 years previous beverage sales experience Good organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license Good driving record.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
