Job Description
Are you looking to become an HR Manager? A mine in the Northern Cape is looking for an HR Manager to join their team. They will have the responsibility of the total Human Resources function. They will have to facilitate and drive optimisation, attraction, retention and development of people. The appointed person will ensure sound relations between employees and make sure that all the legislative requirements are met.
Requirements
• Grade 12 (with Mathematics)
• BCOM Degree in Human Resources /Industrial Psychology or equivalent
• Honours Degree Human Resources /Industrial Psychology (Advantageous) /Labour Law
• 10 years Human Resources experience at management level
