Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
• National Senior Certificate
• B. Com HRM / B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree
• Minimum 3-5 years’ HR Officer generalist experience
• Experience working on HR systems will be beneficial i.e., SAGE, Biometrics etc.
• Previous experience working in the mining environment (Non-negotiable)
• Valid Drivers’ License with own reliable vehicle

• On site support to Payroll and Time and Attendance department
• On site support to Industrial Relations department
Package & Remuneration
