Our client in the Logistics Industry is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their organisation. Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 pm depending on experience.
Requirements:
• Matric, Tertiary qualification is an advantage.
• Proven customer service experience
• PODs experience
• PC Experience (Outlook/Word/Excel)
• Geographical knowledge of South Africa
• Excellent telephone skills
• Communication skills
• Passion, energy, desire (to get the job done), & runway (ability to grow)
• Initiative
• Data capturing & filing
• Ability to prioritize & work under pressure
• People person
• Leadership skills
• Own Transport
