Introduction
A Vacancy exists at Recycling located in Parow - Western Cape, for which applications are invited from internal applicants who meet the following requirements:
The Incumbent will be required to
Provide superior service levels, resolving all matters and maintaining healthy relationships with customers
Duties & Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Ensure contingency plans are in place and implemented if necessary, in terms of incomplete staff compliment (sorters on site) and equipment availability
• Assist Operations Manager in maintaining strategy goals and timelines
• Maintain and update strategy according to changes within the department’s vision and direction
• Maintain acceptable service levels at all customers’ sites
• Resolve all customer complaints efficiently and ensure open communication with customers
• Liaise with sites and branches to ensure upliftments are done on time and in full
• Interface with internal departments and all 3rd party service providers with regards to service levels and deliverables
• Manage 3rd party service providers and service provider invoices
• Maintain good working relationships with all 3rd party service providers
• Ensure there is a proper handover from the relevant Sales and Relationship Executive on all new sites
• Ensure all site requirements are implemented and managed by the relevant Site Supervisor
• Identify site and staff requirement changes and training needed and implement accordingly
• Ensure all customers receive and understand monthly reports
• Align site visits to value and volume growth and ensure maximum productivity and professionalism
• Partner with the relevant Sales and Relationship Executive to negotiate contract renewals/increases
• Monitor sorting on sites with the Site Supervisor
• Monitor equipment maintenance and abuse, staff productivity, competitor activities, stock shrinkages and quality of material coming in
• Keep communication open between Customers, Site Supervisors and Operations Manager
• Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures in terms of best operating procedures, leave and health and safety rules and regulations
• Identify any skills shortage and schedule relevant training or counselling
• Report all staff issues to the Operations Manager

Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
• Matric with Mathematics (Maths literacy not accepted)
• 3 Years’ experience in a similar role
