Our Client delivers the best clean and efficient energy solutions available on the market today. They have successfully completed installations at more than 100 local businesses throughout South Africa. Offering Lighting and Technical Solutions for Africa.
We require a representative for the Replacement and Wholesale Market.
Candidate must come from a lighting background.
Role Description:
• Client acquisition: Source and Acquire new key accounts in line with growth strategy
• Client acquisition: Identify and acquire significant independent clients.
• Client project management: Seeing acquired projects through from acquisition, through execution and sign off to payment
• Manage and grow your sales pipeline
• Commercial management (quotations, invoicing, debtors' management)
• Relationship management (internal/external)
Requirements:
• Must have an extensive sales background and is hungry for business.
• Must have technical knowledge within electrical or lighting.
• Needs to have worked on a CRM System in the past. Zoho CRM would be advantageous
• Must be very good with admin.
• Follow the process of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) requirements within the business and load all activity onto CRM (Customer Relationship Management) without questions.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans, written and verbal
Commission structure:
The commission is paid from R1 of sales.
Company cell phone for business and personal use.
Medical Aid (50%) after 3 months
