The Role:

The ECD Coordinator position is key member of Gender Transformative-Early Childhood Development project having responsibility to assist in timely delivery of project output through support develop project specific DIP that encompass develop manuals, materials related to Positive Parenting under Innovation Sprint funding of Global Hub. The position will also be responsible to organize, facilitate and coordinate PNGO staff trainings (TOT) on Positive Parenting. S/he will work in a team for implementing project activities following timeline, conduct workshop and training, develop related BCC Materials, action research design, evaluate the project achievement and monitor the project process and progress intensively and closely.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual with a Master’s Degree preferably in Education or any other relevant subject from a reputed University. The ideal candidate should have minimum two years of relevant working experience in implementing project related to Early Childhood Development and Behavioral Change Communication with contemporary development issues such as Gender & Inclusion. Prior working experience with Bangladesh Shishu Academy, Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, Ministry of Primary & Mass Education and likeminded development organization is desirable. Partnership Management Skills and positive attitude to partners, networks and alliances will be prioritized.

Monthly Consolidated Salary Range: Tk. 68,640.00 to Tk. 85,800.00 (may vary based on experience)
