Responsible to manage overall daily plantation operations, both on-site and office and to ensure targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with the Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of Department/Plantation.
Job requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
•At least 10-15 years of hands-on experience in managing estates.
•Good technical knowledge and fully responsible for the efficient management and maintenance of the Company’s estate, assets, and facilities. Well-exposed to sustainability certification requirements (RSPO, ISPO) and its compliance in estate management.
•Matured personality and excellent communication skills. Candidates with Indonesian work experience will have an added advantage.
•Able to manage independently with minimal guidance and be proactive.
•Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
