Job Details : Work Location : Manipal Hospitals SikkimNo. of Openings : 1Experience : 2-4 Years
Job Responsibilities : Responsible for planning department activities for smooth functioning of hospital.Manage patient care services, including admissions and discharges.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and programs.Assist in policy development and implementation for improving efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate staff and department performance.Handle patient and staff complaints promptly and effectively.Continuously monitor and evaluate quality of patient care provided and come up with measures for improvements.
Responsible for preparing and monitoring the hospital budget.Allocate resources efficiently to meet hospital needs.Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.Provide support in resolving legal and ethical issues related to patient care.
Education : MBBS + MHA or MBA in healthcare
