Opening for Mgr Quality in a Precision Plant near Chandigarh
Department: Quality Control Reports to: Business Head
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma- Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Total Experience: more than 15 Years
Key Job Responsibility Areas :
1. Monthly Quality MIS and circulation to Top Management.
2. Ensuring strict compliance of quality (visual, technical, reliability parameters) as per laid down system.
3. Decision making for colour and other parameters.
4. Planning and execution of corrective actions for customer complaints.
5. Analysis of customer rejections and ensure feedback are percolated via alerts at various stages.
6. Training of new employees in the quality control department.
7. Audit of system and processes as and when required.
8. Yearly performance appraisal of employees.
9. BSC (Business Scorecard) finalization at the start of financial year.
10. To display lot rejection data on daily basis and feedback to plant.
Skills Required to Execute the Responsibilities:
• MS Office (Mid Level)
• Conflict Management
• Interpersonal Communication
• Team Management
• Expertise in all measuring equipment.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting drawings.
• Expertise in AQL
