Job description
Maintenance Technician
Sunridge Village and Assisted Living and Memory Care & Talas Harbor facilities value its residents and staff. Our staff is dedicated to providing a service that is warm, compassionate and has a sense of pride and spirit.
We have a unique opportunity as a Maintenance technician. Position is responsible for physical plant services to our elders in our assisted living, memory care and behavioral facility.
Job Summary
Maintains the maintenance department and provides and participates in the repair and or replacement on campus when needed. Assists with preventative maintenance program, fire and life safety programs to ensure in compliance with Arizona Regulations.
• Position provides support and guidance to ensure that the physical plant meet various standard of excellence and that customer service expectations are met.
• The Maintenance technician consistently shows the characteristics necessary to drive the company’s purpose, values and vision.
• Coordinates and monitors status of work orders.
• Monitors emergencies, including equipment breakdowns, malfunctions and alarm calls
• Assists in evaluating and monitoring projects with regard to progress and costs.
• Inspects facility for regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
• Must be able to pass background check, AZ Fingerprint card required.
• Knowledge of all phases of physical plant operations, maintenance and repair, planning, scheduling and preventative maintenance programs.
• Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, drywall, flooring, electrical skills.
• Good organization and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
