Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing team at Growave. As the Partnerships Manager, your primary responsibility will be to foster and strengthen partnerships with other Shopify apps (tech partners) to drive customer acquisition and enhance our product offering. You will play a pivotal role in identifying potential partners, negotiating collaborations, and building mutually beneficial relationships that expand Growave's market presence and customer base.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and Engage Potential Partners: Research, identify, and approach potential Shopify app
• partners that align with Growave's vision and values. Initiate contact with potential partners through various channels such as email, phone calls, and networking events.
• Negotiate and Establish Partnerships: Collaborate with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Negotiate partnership terms, scope, and objectives to create win-win scenarios for both parties.
• Maintain and Enhance Existing Partnerships: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with current partners. Work closely with them to explore opportunities for product integration, joint marketing initiatives, and co-promotion to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and strategies that promote Growave's products in conjunction with partner offerings.
• Monitor Performance and Metrics: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and their impact on customer acquisition and retention. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize partnerships and maximize results.
• Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities to enhance Growave's product offering through strategic partnerships.
• Represent Growave at Industry Events: Attend relevant industry events and webinars to represent Growave and network with potential partners. Leverage these opportunities to create meaningful connections and expand Growave's partnership network.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in partnership management, sales, marketing, business development, or a related field within the e-commerce or technology industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with potential and existing partners.
• Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and deliver results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
