India’s leading Edtech organisations is expanding its operations and aims to establish a study abroad vertical in India. The company specialises in providing educational opportunities for students seeking overseas MBBS/MD education experiences. With a focus on recruitment in Russian neighbouring countries like Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Poland, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Study Abroad Partnership and Alliances Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, educational consultants, and other stakeholders in the target countries. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a steady inflow of students interested in pursuing MBBS or MD programs abroad. This role requires a deep understanding of the education system, culture, and admission processes in Russia and neighbouring countries.
Responsibilities:
Research identify, and establish partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational consultants in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Poland.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions to ensure a smooth admission process for students.
Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to design effective strategies and campaigns for student acquisition.
Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the education sector in target countries.
Represent the company at educational fairs, seminars, and conferences to promote study abroad opportunities and attract potential students.
Provide guidance and support to students throughout the application and enrollment process, addressing their queries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the overall study abroad experience for students.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to student recruitment and partnership success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Additional qualifications in education or international relations are a plus.
Strong knowledge of the education system, admission processes, and cultural aspects of Russia and neighbouring countries.
Prior experience studying MBBS or MD in Russia or staying for a significant duration in the target countries is highly preferred.
Proven track record in developing partnerships and alliances within the education sector, preferably in the study abroad domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for partnership development and representation at events.
Proficiency in English and Russian languages is highly desirable.
