We are hiring for Area Manager for Rare Planet Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd.
Job Profile:- Area Manager
Job Location:- North/West Region
Minimum Experience:- 4 Years - 8 Years
Salary Budget:- 40-45K CTC
Preferred Industry:- Retail
Job Responsibilities: -
Managing multiple stores or locations in a specific geographical region
Ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
Recruiting, training, and evaluating store managers and employees
Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.
Creating and communicating sales targets at regular intervals.
Monitoring sales across stores to check that quotas are met.
Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across stores.
Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores.
Organizing and carrying out marketing and promotional campaigns and identifying trends and opportunities
Increasing regional store sales, profits, and customer satisfaction
Ensuring that employees observe company protocols.
Collaborating with other Area Managers to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.
Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
Informing your manager of progress and pitfalls on a regular basis.
Requirements: -
Managing multiple stores or locations under a zone
It includes continuous travelling jobs
Regular visits to the store
Rather travelling manages the stores remotely
Handling all the operations of stores under their specified zones
This job role includes 90% travelling
Post Graduate candidate
Having the passport is must
