About The Villas at Cocoplum
The Villas at Cocoplum is an exclusive oceanfront condominium resort located on the beautiful and booming Placencia Peninsula in Belize. This 11+ acre property has been operating since 2009 and we just broke ground on additional condominiums. We are the only condominium development allowed inside the gated and award winning 224-acre Naia Resort & Residences (formerly Cocoplum) development with over a mile of Caribbean shoreline. The Villas at Cocoplum is a very desired property with considerable sales projections. Some units have recently been sold pre-construction at full asking price. There are 83 more ocean view condos ranging from $500,000 to $1.5 million.
The Role
· Interact with customers via phone, email, and social media
· Advise contacts on the state of the real estate market
· Collect and distribute information concerning the need to buy or sell real estate
· Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale
· Utilize computer technology to manage a database of customers and prospects
· Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate
· Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase of real estate property
Qualifications
· A minimum of 5 years experience successfully selling condos
· Energetic in building relationships and creative in approach
· Long term approach since we have quite a few stunning condos to sell
· A big plus would be experience selling real estate in the tropics
· Fun, live life, work hard & play hard character
The Villas a Cocoplum offers a competitive package with base salary range of $50-75,000 per year, commission and goal-oriented bonuses. This role will start immediately upon hire and must be based in Placencia, Belize.
