FSC Head Office, Shrewsbury, Shropshire (Hybrid working possible after training)

Salary up to £21,279 per annum plus benefits

The Role

Service Management is at the heart of the FSC Digital service delivery, and we focus on maximising the value of our multi supplier IT provision, ensuring the changing digital landscape seamlessly meets the needs of our end users, and continually delivers service excellence.

The Digital & Data Office Service Desk is the central point of contact for all digital and data related service matters and we are looking for someone with strong customer service, someone who can communicate effectively at all levels, someone with a passion for problem solving and an enthusiasm for technology.

You may already have a started your career in IT, or may be looking for a career change, either way if you have good team working skills, work well under pressure, want to deliver positive digital experiences with services that help people get things done, make people happy and contribute to the FSC mission, then we’d like to hear from you.
