This is a great opportunity for you to join our Dutch customer experience team, to support customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, after following a complete training by certified instructors.What you will do:Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mailTrack and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely mannerMaintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brandProvide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwordsSet-up repairs for hardware-related issuesEscalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction ExpertsMaintain high customer satisfactionWhat you will bring:Fluency in Dutch Advanced English knowledgeFamiliarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferredGreat communication skillsPrior customer support experience would be an advantageStrong troubleshooting skillsWhat we offer: Complete support to help you ease your relocation to Greece (we cover your flight tickets expenses, hotel accommodation, finding an apartment (-all at no cost to you-)Competitive monthly salary + 2 extra salaries per yearReferral Program: Bring a Friend and get up to €2.
