Consists of an experienced and certified team aiming to deliver exemplary services to all spectrum of clients in specialized scopes of practice grouped in 5 basic pillars: Valuations, Asset Management, Energy & Property Facilities Management, Market Research & Analytic and Technical Projects.In order to strengthen our structure we are looking for a Valuations Specialist, who will be joining our Valuations Team in Patra.In particular, the person will cover the following activities:Perform and review property valuations of all property types as per the company standardsSupport in real estate advisory activitiesProduce and deliver feasibility reportsReview business plansParticipate in project teams for the implementation of demanding projectsMonitor contractsPrepare financial offersExpand the customer baseThe person we are looking for:Holds a University or Technical University Degree, in Economics or other similar fieldHas an M.
Sc. in Finance or in Real EstateBeing Tegova or RICS accredited is considered a plusDeveloped at least 5- years of working experience in Real Estate ValuationsHas an excellent command of the English language (proficiency level)Has an excellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHas a positive attitude and showcases team spirit, organization skills and flexibilityHas strong negotiation/ communication skills and a customer - centric approachIs oriented to results and can act with a sense of responsibility/ownership while taking initiatives
