CHRISTUS St. Vincent is seeking a full-time Nocturnist to work 130 hours per month. We are a dynamic, seasoned, and collegial team that staffs a long-established Hospitalist program. Our Nocturnists provide evening and night Hospitalist services to a diverse patient population in a high acuity setting, with excellent medical and surgical subspecialty support.
We offer a very generous package which includes:
• Annual Base Salary at $340,000
• Additional bonus opportunities including one-time $20k sign on bonus, $10k retention bonuses for each two year commitment beyond year one.
• Excellent relocation package with $25k in moving expenses and direct bill moving company options.
• CME and licensure allowance $3k annually
• Fully paid malpractice coverage
• Flexible benefit offerings and 4.25% employer contribution to retirement savings
