Responsibilities & Duties
The PM has the have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract. The PM shall be on-site during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours. The Project Manager shall be a U.S. citizen and must have a Secret Clearance at the start of the full performance period. An interim clearance is acceptable during the Mobilization/Phase-in period.
Position Requirements
Education
• The PM shall have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management or Engineering, based on a four-year course of study from a U.S. accredited college or university or equivalent institution. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
• The PM or alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract.
Experience
• The PM shall have at least eight years of experience in managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
• At least two years of experience shall be independent field management responsibility
• At least one year of experience shall be in a management or supervisory capacity with a multi-national work force.
• Experience in the same or similar position on a CONUS or OCONUS DOD program like in magnitude, scope and complexity (i.e., program annualized revenues of >$15M; supervision of multiple labor categories) preferred
• Experience in the same or similar position on an OCONUS DOD program preferred
• Experience in the same or similar position on a DOD program in the INDOPACOM COCOM strongly preferred
• General NAVFAC experience and background strongly preferred
