A minimum of 2 years in a similar role with a luxury hospitality background
Solid financial acumen
Excellent personal presentation
Passion for providing an effortless guest experience
An excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of Spa & Recreation and guest experience
Solid working knowledge of Opera and Spa programs, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
Degree in Beauty Therapy, Massage or equivalent would be highly regarded
What You Will Be Doing
Direct operations of the spa & pool facilities, including short and long range strategic planning so that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently.
Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals.
Manage, train, and motivate all personnel reporting to this position
