Job Scope:
You will be the Finance partner for Innovations in Arabia. Supporting and working with the marketeers, finance business partners on the innovation and renovation projects and be responsible for the monthly post launch performance tracker
You will be able to identify risks and opportunities within the projects to drive improvements.
Roles Responsibilities
• Responsible for innovation and renovation business case creation
• Responsible for identifying and highlighting opportunities to improve the projects
• Review and confirm the assumptions
• Challenge the project leads to make sure they are considering the correct assumptions in terms of volume price cost and impact on our existing portfolio while making sure this project will bring incremental impact to the business
• Be the key contact for support related to innovations and renovation projects
• Launch monthly post launch performance tracker
• Responsible for business cases global submission to Innoflex
• Responsible for Collecting projects SKUs from the projects leads
• Coordinate with local finance business partners to validate the project assumptions and align on the upcoming projects
• Monitor and support in enhancing the new automatic tool of business case creation and be the contact person between the project leads and support team to solve any issues and ensure the correct WOW
• Build partnership and maintain strong relationships with BG finance and marketeers
Job key requirements and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance / Accounting
• 4-6 Years of Experience in business partnering preferably in FMCG industry
• Experience of working with key information systems and computer literacy (incl. Excel, Power BI, and SAP)
• Excellent communication skills - Impactful and flexible communicating and influencing
• Highly analytical without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Strong business acumen
• Passion for high performance and growth
