Phlo Systems is software house focused on developing applications and systems which enables small and medium traders manage their operations more efficiently while having end to end visibility of the supply chain. We are seeking an Test Automation Engineer on a full time basis to join the team.
Successful candidate will be involved in:
• Design and develop automated test cases based on software requirements and technical design specifications.
• Testing application product releases via system-level automated and manual testing.
• Recommend product improvements, usability enhancements, and corrections.
• Reproduce, investigate and debug software issues.
• Update automation frameworks to support new features and fix automation issues.
• Manually test new features thoroughly before automation is developed.
• Technical Environment: Python, Java, automation development and testing, testing and development life cycle methodologies, Selenium, Cucumber, Oracle, MySQL, TOAD.
This role requires a wide variety of skills, strengths and capabilities, including:
• 2+ years’ experience of automation testing with delivering successful product launches.
• Expert knowledge in testing Lifecycle, Azure Well-Architected Framework, and Cloud Governance
• Practical working knowledge of Python, Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Oracle, MySQL, TOAD
• Practical working knowledge of Azure AKS, EKS, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience using JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub, AWS, microservices, and serverless architecture
• Experience working with Agile Scrum teams, with resources distributed globally
• Experience with build automation, infrastructure automation and environment management with end-to-end testing
