Contexte:
DT Global est à la recherche de candidates et de candidats pour différents rôles de direction dans le cadre d’un possible programme de stabilisation et de consolidation de la paix au Mali, financé par l’USAID. A noter que le financement de ce programme n’est encore ni confirmé, ni alloué, et que le recrutement des postes dépendra du financement par le bailleur et de son autorisation de l’organigramme du projet.
Les postes seront basés au Mali et toutes les responsabilités attenantes y seront déchargées. .
Nous cherchons des candidat(e)s ayant une expérience dans les domaines suivants :
• Secteurs techniques tels la stabilisation, la consolidation de la paix, les transitions politiques, la prévention et la lutte contre l’extrémisme violent, la réconciliation et la cohésion sociale, la prévention, gestion et résolution des conflits, les questions foncières et les dynamiques éleveurs-agriculteurs, la gouvernance locale et la prestation étatique de services sociaux, ou le développement et l’engagement communautaires – au Sahel et de préférence au Mali
• Gestion financière et comptabilité ;
• Opérations, achats et logistique ;
• Ressources humaines et administration ;
• Gestion de la sécurité ;
• Gestion de subventions alloués à des partenaires locaux ;
• Communication et rédaction de rapports ; et
• Suivi, évaluation, recherche et apprentissage.
Éducation et qualifications minimales :
• Les candidats doivent avoir au moins 7 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un ou plusieurs des domaines ci-dessus pour être considérés pour un poste de direction ;
• Un diplôme universitaire est fortement souhaité pour tous les rôles ; dans certains cas, un certificat d’études, une formation professionnelle ou une expérience professionnelle supplémentaire pourront être acceptés en lieu d’un diplôme universitaire ;
• Une complète maîtrise du français est requise pour tous les postes, avec des compétences en anglais fortement souhaitées ;
• Une expérience de travail sur des programmes financés par l’USAID ou autres activités financées par des bailleurs internationaux au Mali ; et
• Un permis de travail malien en cours de validité.
