MOKA is hiring a leader who is passionate about customer service at our La Crosse and Onalaska MOKA locations.
Qualified applicants have management experience in the food and beverage service, or coffee industry. Our Assistant managers work opposite the manager to ensure the flow of business is supported by a manager throughout the entire day. Assistant managers work 38 + hrs/ week and work closing and weekend shifts.
• Demonstrate and reinforce MOKA’s mission statement, policies and core values.
• Create genuine experiences and build positive relationships.
• Support a team and train great baristas.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and cleaning procedures at the store.

MOKA is a drive thru based coffee shop with locations in Madison, WI, La Crosse, WI, Rochester, MN and North Aurora, IL.
